599x Terms and Conditions: General Rules

Welcome to 599x. By accessing or using the platform available at 599x.net — whether through a desktop browser, the Android or iOS mobile app, or any other access method provided by 599x — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms govern the relationship between you (the user) and 599x regarding the use of all products and services offered by the platform, including Sports Betting, online poker, Live Casino, slots, crash games, and any other feature made available now or in the future.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform. Continued use of the services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated conditions. 599x reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with prior notice posted on the platform.

To create an account and use the services of 599x, you must meet all of the following requirements cumulatively:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age as of the registration date;
• Be a resident of Brazil with a valid CPF registered and active with the Receita Federal;
• Have full legal capacity to perform civil acts under Brazilian law;
• Not be serving an active voluntary self-exclusion period on the platform;
• Not be an employee, service provider, partner, or first-degree relative of a 599x collaborator;
• Not have had a previous account closed due to a breach of the Terms and Conditions.

599x performs identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) for all users during registration or prior to the first withdrawal. Verification may require submission of a photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport), proof of address, and in some cases a selfie with your document. Failure to complete verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

Each eligible user may hold only a single account on 599x. Creating multiple accounts under the same CPF, IP address, or device is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts. Identified duplicate accounts will have their balances suspended pending investigation.

By registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. It is your responsibility to keep your account details current — especially the phone number and email linked to your account, as these are the channels used for password recovery, security verifications, and important communications regarding withdrawals and promotions.

Your account password is personal and non-transferable. 599x recommends using passwords with at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols, and enabling two-factor authentication available in your security settings. The platform will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone.

• Do not share your login credentials with third parties;
• Do not allow another person to use your account to place bets;
• Notify 599x immediately if you detect any unauthorized access to your account;
• 599x is not responsible for losses resulting from misuse of account credentials due to the user's own negligence.

A 599x accepts deposits exclusively in BRL (Brazilian Reais) through the following payment methods available for the Brazilian market:

• Pix — instant processing, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week;
• Bank slip (Boleto bancário) — processing time of up to 1 business day after payment;
• Credit or debit card — Visa, Mastercard, Elo and other card brands accepted by the operator;
• PicPay — instant processing via digital wallet;
• Mercado Pago — instant processing via digital wallet;
• TED Bank Transfer — via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, and other banks.

The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00 regardless of the method used. 599x does not charge any fees on deposits — the amount credited to your account is exactly the amount deposited. Any bank or card fees are the user's responsibility as per their agreement with their financial institution.

599x reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds for deposits above certain amounts, as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) process, in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Withdrawals on 599x are processed exclusively via Pix, to the key registered under the same CPF as the platform account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, corporate accounts (CNPJ), or Pix keys not belonging to the registered user are not accepted.

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount; however, withdrawals above certain thresholds may be subject to additional identity and source-of-funds verification. Standard Pix withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes, operating 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays.

• Full identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal;
• Balances originating from bonuses that have not been withdrawn before the rollover requirement is met are not eligible for withdrawal;
• 599x may hold withdrawals for up to 72 hours for security checks in cases of suspected irregular activity;
• In the event of an investigation into suspicious activity, withdrawals are suspended until the process is concluded;
• 599x charges no fees on withdrawals.

Bets placed on the platform of 599x are binding once confirmed by the system. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed at the user's request, except in situations explicitly provided for in these Terms or in the sport-specific rules for each category.

Odds published on 599x are determined by algorithms and specialist teams. The platform reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors — such as odds clearly inconsistent with the market — even after a bet has been accepted, with cancellation and a full refund of the wagered amount.

• Bets are only accepted while the event is available on the platform and before the market closes;
• For live events, bets are accepted at the odds available at the exact moment of confirmation — fraction-of-a-second variations are normal;
• Events cancelled before they start will have bets fully refunded;
• Events suspended after they begin are governed by the sport-specific rules available in the platform's rules section;
• The minimum bet is R$ 2.00 per individual event or accumulator;
• Cash out is available for most markets and lets you close a bet early at the value offered at the time of the request.

A 599x offers welcome bonuses, recurring promotions, cashback, and other benefits for registered users. Each offer has specific conditions published at the time of the promotion — expiry date, rollover requirement (minimum turnover), minimum eligible odds, and market restrictions are common components that vary by promotion.

The standard 599x welcome bonus offers up to R$ 500.00 in credits for new users who make a first deposit of at least R$ 50.00. Bonus credits are held in a balance separate from your real balance and are only converted to withdrawable funds once the required rollover has been met.

• Bonuses are valid only for verified accounts with a real CPF and accurate personal details;

Use of the platform of 599x for the purposes listed below is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, balance retention, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Bet manipulation or collusion with other users to gain an unfair advantage;
• Use of bots, scripts, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to play in an automated manner;
• Money laundering or using the platform to move funds of illicit origin;
• Opening multiple accounts with the intent of accumulating bonuses irregularly;
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification processes;
• Exploiting technical errors or odds inconsistencies with knowledge that they result from a system failure;
• Any activity that harms other users, the platform's operations, or the integrity of the competitions covered.

599x continuously monitors user activity to identify suspicious patterns. If there is well-founded suspicion of any of the conduct listed above, the platform may preventively suspend the account and hold withdrawals for as long as necessary to complete the internal investigation.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time through the support chat or by email. Before closure, any open bets will be settled normally and your available real balance will be returned via Pix to your registered key, provided identity and security checks have been completed.

A 599x reserves the right to close or suspend accounts in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the stipulated timeframe;
• Extended inactivity — account with no access or activity for more than 12 consecutive months;
• Legal or regulatory ruling that prevents the account from being maintained;
• Well-founded suspicion of fraudulent activity, even before an investigation is concluded.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 599x may hold the account balance for as long as necessary to complete the investigation. Balances derived exclusively from bonuses will not be returned in cases of closure due to prohibited conduct.

A 599x may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance via the registered email and/or a platform notification. Changes required by law or regulation may take effect immediately.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date and request a withdrawal of your available balance.

Matters that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to Brazilian jurisdiction, with the elected venue being the city of São Paulo, state of São Paulo, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and other regulations applicable to the online betting and entertainment sector in Brazil.
